The highly anticipated Vans x Carpet Company collaboration reimagines the iconic Old Skool silhouette with the release of the Skate Old Skool 36+. Drawing inspiration from the original Style 36 introduced in 1977, this updated model merges classic design elements with modern skate performance enhancements.
The Skate Old Skool 36+ features premium details such as single-wrap foxing, a padded tongue, durable metal eyelets, and rugged Duracap™ overlays for added durability. Performance upgrades include PopCush™ insoles for impact absorption and Sickstick™ rubber outsoles for high traction. Limited to 1,977 individually numbered pairs, the sneaker pays tribute to the year the Old Skool™ debuted, while the yellow and black colorway nods to the original Style 36 release and the Fall 2024 Vans x Carpet Company collection.
Unique design features include faux croc skin, custom Arabic-text labels, interchangeable Velcro tongue patches, intricate embroidery, and die-cut rubber logos on Vans' signature waffle tread.
