Nike x Patta Celebrate 20 Years with Air Max 1 'Chlorophyll' Re-Release

Nike and Patta are teaming up once again to celebrate Patta's 20th anniversary with the exclusive re-release of the iconic Patta x Nike Air Max 1 'Chlorophyll.' This drop also marks 15 years of collaboration between the brands, revisiting one of their most legendary sneaker partnerships.

Fans of the Air Max 1 'Chlorophyll' will appreciate that this version stays true to the 2009 original, with a few modern updates. The sneaker features the same Chlorophyll and Matte Silver colourway, along with the signature Patta tongue label. The sockliner gets a refresh with a €20 note design, and the custom box is a nod to Patta's two decades of cultural impact.

Patta co-founder Guillaume "Gee" Schmidt said, "Bringing back a shoe that's so loved by the sneaker community is amazing. We’ve kept the essence of the original, and it still holds up."

Since launching in Amsterdam in 2004, Patta has grown from a sneaker boutique to a major player in streetwear and sneaker culture. Over the years, Nike and Patta have dropped multiple collaborations, cementing Patta as Nike’s longest-running Air Max partner. Beyond sneakers, the two brands have teamed up on the Nike x Patta Running Team collection and supported initiatives like the Patta Academy, which empowers young entrepreneurs.

The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 'Chlorophyll' drops exclusively at pattaxnike.com and Patta chapter stores on September 13th, with early access in-store at Patta locations in Lagos on September 12th.
