To celebrate the launch of its Autumn/Winter ‘24-’25 collection, Stone Island presents the latest chapter of its 'Community as a Form of Research' initiative. This project continues to spotlight distinctive figures from the brand’s global community, showcasing them in archival pieces and signature items from the new collection, such as the Crinkle Reps R-NY and Glass Cover-TC.
The campaign features a dynamic cast including Liam Gallagher, Peggy Gou, Sage Elsesser, and Russell Tovey, each captured against Stone Island’s iconic white backdrop by the esteemed photographer David Sims. The campaign’s creative direction is led by Ferdinando Verderi, with styling by Max Pearmain, bringing a sharp focus to the brand's fusion of fashion and culture.
But this campaign is more than just striking imagery; it is an in-depth exploration of what defines the Stone Island community. A series of ten thoughtfully crafted questions were posed to each of the twelve participants, curated by Hans Ulrich Obrist, the artistic director of London’s Serpentine Gallery. Their responses further illuminate the brand’s commitment to cultural authenticity and the unique narrative that distinguishes Stone Island in the fashion world.
