Rising Afrobeats Artist Mbrown Delivers New One 'Island Love'

Rising Afrobeats artist Mbrown is here to deliver heat in the form of his brand new track 'Island Love'.

‘Island Love’ is the fresh new release from up and coming UK afrobeats artist Mbrown. Incorporating his signature soulful flair into this track - produced by David Spoils - Mbrown elegantly combines both R&B and Afro influences, breeding a unique and dynamic sound which brings that island flavour together with a soulful feel to it.

South East London native Mbrown was raised in a cultured Nigerian household, where he experienced an inspirational upbringing among a family of talented musicians, performers, producers and vocal coaches who encouraged him to perform in church and school - clearly their influence was welcomed as he is producing bangers like this, and there is plenty more still to come. From a young age, Mbrown was exposed to music from artists such as Usher and Donell Jones all the way to Wande Coal and D’Banj.

Accompanied by sleek and vibrant visuals, directed by Spiro Digital, the video for ‘Island Love’ is exactly what this feel-good, infectious anthem needs to really bring it to life, and that is exactly what has happened. Starting as he means to go on, with ‘Island Love’ a fitting choice as his first video of the year following on from the last track he released in ‘Off Licence’, Mbrown has further plans to release a string of Afro-infused bangers before dropping his EP before the year is out.
