Berna Offers Up Hard New Music Video Titled 'Forty'

East London based versatile artist, Berna is back with a brand new music video to his latest offering, titled 'Forty'.
Raised in East London and now with an Essex postcode, Berna was 16 when his first freestyle went viral. The rising rapper reached prominence due to his impressive flow and wordplay as well as being known to never shy away from any battle or freestyle. Influenced by the likes of Meek Mill, Chip, Skepta, and Ghetts, Berna was raised on big artists who have hugely impacted his style today, stating he’s an old man stuck in a young man's body. 2021 saw Berna give his day one fans exactly what they wanted followjng a number of acclaimed freestyles including Tim and Barry’s ‘No Miming’ and ‘The Cold Room’ for Mixtape Madness.
The latest music video for Berna's new track 'Forty' is one of those which showcases everything what we know and love about Berna and his music. With his signautre bouncy flow on show, as well as intelligently delivered and worded bars, on point delivery and the perfect beat choice for all of this to come together on the track and make this a banger. Berna's hunger and desire to be at the top of his game is there to see, and so is the talent.
Speaking about the track himself, Berna says:
“Forty is about my everyday struggles - police, money and girls; all while bouncing on a vibrant beat. The video sees me patrolling around my old borough Newham and performance shots on the block as well as transitioning to scenes in Uptown...contrasting both sides to my lifestyle - lavish & luxury, but pain and poverty.”
