Fresh off the release of his new EP 'Ave Life', Hull rapper Chiedu Oraka maintains the momentum of 2021 as he releases the latest track 'Stay the Same.'
Teaming up with fast-rising UK Garage producer Zefer and with vocals sounding like they're straight out of the golden era of Garage provided by Chesqua, Chiedu uses his verses to do some reminiscing on his youthful days with bars about the town centre and references to a Sisqo classic. Chiedu also takes the opportunity to contrast the good old days with his current successes, celebrating what he has achieved with bars like “now I get paid to spit a bar, no Demba.”
With the New UK Garage sound taking the re-opened clubs by storm, this one fits right in, providing listeners with bars to nod their heads to but also a beat to dance to. So if you are planning a night out, stick this one to get you in the mood.
