The picture says it all. Since the streets favourite pasta joint reopened, people have been queuing round the block just to get a bite to eat. Unlike other popular restaurants such as Nando’s, Vapiano isn’t partaking in the ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme.
Fabian Dixon, 22, from Kilburn, NW London said: “I’ve been here for about 50 minutes and to be honest I don’t mind waiting, it’s not exactly like I’m doing anything else. The food’s always A1 here and it’s me and them lot’s [his friends] favourite place to eat by far, I don’t even care that it’s not half price".
The ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme allows you to get a 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per dinner) and applies every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 31 August.
