Folk have slammed the controversial Good Morning Britain (GMB) star after he posted a holiday pic from a balcony in France. Having taken an extended trip from GMB the 55-year-old appeared chuffed to be going abroad, having crucified numerous people for the same thing on his morning show.
The picture of a fantastic sunset was shared with his 1.2million Instagram followers. It pains me to say this, but it does look rather nice wherever he is.
The Mail journalist has ruffled quite a few feathers in his time, and ‘Francegate’ is no exception.
One follower remarked: "Dr Hilary said DONT fly. Why do you preach on TV then do the opposite."
A second posted: "USA is closed for all none essential flights. Only a few months ago your screaming why are the builders working, go home. Such a hypocrite."
Despite the uproar, he has stuck to guidelines about travel and wasted no time in reminding us he was wearing his face mask.
However other followers praised Mr Morgan and wished him well on his "deserving" holiday.
One Morganite wrote: "Enjoy your break you've been fantastic on GMB with pandemic and supporting care homes! I am a care home manager and salute you have an amazing holiday and thank you!"
