Dominic Raab leads the UK briefing with Boris Johnson absent

Where to starts? Well... Since UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson was hospitalised in intensive care on Monday after failing to shake persistent coronavirus symptoms, Dominic Raab, the 46-year-old foreign secretary, has been at the helm of government.
But while Raab is in charge as Johnson is incapacitated, Johnson officially remains prime minister. Raab has stated that lockdown is being assessed but it is still too early to ease restrictions.
Reports also state that confirmed Coronavirus cases around the world also pass 1.5million. Almost 90,000 people have died with the virus and further 6.6million people file for unemployment benefits in the US.
Oxfam also warns that the virus could push half a billion people into poverty.
