Boris Johnson admitted to hospital following persistent coronavirus symptoms

Boris Johnson has been admitted to hospital for tests just days after announcing that he has coronavirus.
According to Sky News, it has been stated that the prime minister has still been experiencing persistent symptoms alongside a high temperature and was advised to be taken to the hospital by his doctor.
However, Johnson has allegedly been admitted as a precaution rather than an emergency. He is still leading the government response to the COVID-19 outbreak at this time.
