XXXtentacion murder suspect asks for bail release


One of the four men arrested over the murder of rapper XXXtentacion has reportedly asked for bail release. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, murder suspect Allen wants the judge to allow him to post bail because he claims there’s no proof he committed a crime. Allen also wants to be released on bail, and be let out until the trial commences so he can look after his pregnant fiancée.

Robert Allen has also said that if he is let out, he return to his job of working for a lawn care business in Broward County. Allen, along with the 3 other suspects, remains in custody.

Robert Allen was the third of four suspects arrested over the murder of tragic murder of XXXtentacion. Allen was arrested in July after he was found in Georgia. Allen was originally named as a person of interest in the XXXtentacion murder case because he was caught on surveillance video at the motorcycle dealership moments before XXX was murdered.

XXXTentacion was killed and robbed on June 18th, as he was leaving a motor-sport dealership in South Florida. Four men have been indicted for the crime; Michael Boatwright, Dedrick Williams, Robert Allen and Trayvon Newsome. XXXTentacion’s was a controversial figure while alive, but achieved platinum-selling success in the music industry.
