Stylo G and Shakka perform ‘Under Construction’ in acoustic session

Notting Hill born singer, songwriter and producer Shakka, and reggae fusion recording artists Stylo G, have collaborated together performing their amazing song ‘Under Construction’ on SBTV.

‘Under Construction’ is the third track on Stylo G’s 10 Years Later EP, which has a soulful R&B sound fused with reggae. 10 Years Later debuted on the 28th Jan 2018, which started the year off with a kick from Stylo G.

Signed member of Pitched Up/Columbia Records, Shakka, released his debut major label EP The Lost Boys in 2015, which included the hit Say Nada which peaked at number 41 on the iTunes Charts. Legendary grime artists JME featured on ‘Say Nada’ in the official video, earning him Shakka his first MOBO Award for Best R&B/Soul Act.

Shakka debuted his follow-up EP ‘The Island’ in 2016, which reached number 17 on the iTunes Charts and earned Shakka his second MOBO Award for Best R&B/Soul Act alongside a spot in The Independent’s Ones to Watch 2017 list.

Reggae fusion artist Stylo G, is known for his three hit singles “My Yout”, “Call Mi a Leader” and “Soundbwoy”. “Soundbwoy” peaked at number 18 on the UK Singles Chart. He also featured on the hit song “Come Over” by the British electronic group Clean Bandit.

The two amazing artists came together to create a tropical sounding rhythm, which provides the audience with a chilled vibe. They perform their soft soulful r&b acoustic version of their song ‘Under Construction’ together well and sound so raw an authentic in the SBTV session.
