Leading youth events platform I Am Next, which has previously hosted acts such as Stormzy and Skepta, has partnered with youth-led creative network Livity for its first UK tour.

I Am Next, which aims to provide a platform for the UK’s brightest young urban music talent, is the brainchild of 21 year-old music entrepreneur Seshie Henry. Henry launched the platform in 2014 and has spent the past three years developing it at Livity’s offices in Brixton. His events have gained national coverage, having been featured on Channel 4 and the BBC, and have seen him invited to speak in Parliament with former Minister for Culture, Communications and the Creative Industries Ed Vaizey.

The tour began in Leeds on 25th September, before moving on to Brighton (2nd October), Manchester (8th October), Bristol (15th October), Sheffield (25th October), Birmingham (30th October).

 London Show

The Tour finale is in London on 5th December with a massive showstopper at notorious Village Underground, with the finest line-up of the tour: current headliner of the UK scene Suspect, the much-hyped newcomers 808 Ink and Ryan De La Cruz, and I Am Next regular party starters Kadiata, Vinch, Octavian, Kasien, Society of Alumni, Jamo Beatz and AAA.

One of the key players in the scene right now, Suspect has put his mark on 2017 big time. With bangers and strong features like Giggs, Street League, Gunna Dee, Harlem Spartans and Young Teflon, you will definitely see this artist take over in 2018.

It’s fitting that he will be sharing a bill with some of the most hyped names in UK Drill, Grime, Trap, Hip Hop, Afro Trap, RnB and all things UK urban right now. Join us in the biggest celebration of Urban music this year.
