If you’re as excited about the upcoming The Drop lineup as we are, you will more than likely be familiar with the names we’ve announced. Just incase you aren’t as well versed as you might like to be, we’ve got you! Be sure to check in on our site and our socials and, or keep an eye out for the special posts we’ll be sharing regarding the talented acts we’ve booked to grace the stage at the May 2017 edition of The Drop!

The first post we published featured multifaceted artist Shayne Brown, who of course, will also hit the stage.

As the title suggests, this post will be all about another one of our amazing supporting acts, the incomparable Olami Still.

Bursting onto the scene, dripping with sauce and that extra edge to his artistry, Olami Still has been grafting for hot minute, with his track Call On Me (featured on Link Up TV) being an important song – really helping the young artist gain some notable traction quite early on in his musical journey, opening the doors for more bookings, radio play and opportunities he wasn’t accustomed to at that point.

As well as being a talented solo artist, Olami has been linked with quite a few notable artists in our scene of late, working with the likes of Not3s and One Acen, while also casually garnering support from Grind Don’t Stop rapper Tion Wayne.

Following the moderate success of Call On Me, Olami then went from strength to strength, showing his versatility with follow up tracks indicative of the hidden depth to his artistry, as well as giving us a better idea of what he’s all about. As we fast forward to 2017, Olami Still has announced his debut EP Guide Me Out, which is available to preorder here.

Make sure you look out for Olami’s set on the night, and keep your eyes on our socials and the site for more about what’s to come from the rest of the lineup!
